Welcome to my Instant Pot review. Is an Instant Pot worth it? You’re in the right place to find out more about it so you can decide if it’s for you.

Nowadays we’re always looking for quick and easy ways to make food. We’re busy people and we’d all love if cooking supper isn’t a part-time job, right? I know I love when I can quickly throw something together and wait for the goodness to happen without much effort on my part.

2 Different Lids

This particular Instant Pot comes with 2 different lids so you can cook even more ways! One lid, the pressure cooker lid, is for wet cooking. The other lid, the air fryer lid, is for dry cooking.

11-in-1 Multi-use

The Instant Pot Duo Crisp has a whopping 11 functions in 1!

The pressure cooker allows you to cook food 6 different ways. The functions are; slow cook, sauté, sous vide, steam, pressure-cook and warm.

The air fryer lid adds another 5 cooking functions to choose from. These are; roast, broil, bake, air fry and dehydrate.

Healthy Meals

We all want to eat healthier meal and with the Instant Pot Duo Crisp, that’s easier than ever to achieve! With the air fryer lid you can cook healthier meals by using either no oil or a teaspoon of oil at most for some recipes. When you cook meat, the fat drips to the bottom so you’re not cooking in the meats grease or fat which makes some great tasting healthy meat!

With the pressure cooker lid you can make some awesome, hearty meals. You can make anything from sauces, stews, beans, soups and much, much more!

Using a pressure cooker is also healthier because it retains the nutrients and vitamins in your food as opposed to boiling. It’s also said that cooking in a pressure cooker actually kills anti-nutrients that stop your body from absorbing the nutrients in your food.

If you ask me, those are all wins in my book!

Anyone Can Use It

Whether you’re a pro at cooking or a novice, the Instant Pot Smart programs make it easy for anyone to use. All you have to do it prep your ingredients, put them into the Instant Pot, push a button and wait for supper to make itself! How great is that?!

Save Your Presets

When you cook something in the Instant Pot and have found a setting that you like using, you can save it as a preset so that you can use it every time you cook a meal so it’s always cooked just the way you like it.

Delay Start

The delay start function is great because let’s say for example, you get your supper prepared before leaving for work in the morning and it’ll take 5 hours to cook. You definitely don’t want your supper to be ready at 1 pm when you’re not ready to eat before 5 or 6 pm. With the delay start, you can set it to start later so that supper is ready when you’re ready to eat, not hours before.

Everything Is Easy
